I’m Stephanie.¬†Creator and author of this little gem, Edible Joy. Although I am not formally trained in the kitchen, my passion for baking and cooking began at an early age. With a rich history in the kitchen alongside my grandmother as well as a background in interior design, I have found myself in a love relationship. One that shifts between the absolute euphoria and diversity of flavor and the simple aesthetic of setting a table. The most intriguing part of it all is what I like to call “table time”. Where you sit across faces with a fork in hand; swapping stories, sharing hearts, plates. This has to be one of the richest elements of eating and should hold high value in our lives. So for me the recipe’s and all the fluff that comes along with blogging about food, is so much more. It is what happens when I unplug my devices and create a dish to share and open up my heart.
